We are a gathered community of individuals -
young and maturing
families and singles
realists and dreamers
ordinary yet extraordinary
We are a people coming together for communion with God and one another.
We are Christians seeking to integrate God's vision in our lives.
We are a member church in
the Massachusetts Conference of the United Church of Christ (UCC),
united with our sisters and brothers to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ - God is still speaking, Join
us this Sunday at 10am in the Sanctuary!
We have been continuously serving the North Falmouth community
for more than 170 years. It is our purpose to spread the good news
of Jesus Christ and to reach out to the community in times of joy
and sorrow.
The church was gathered in 1832 as men and women sought the
comfort of a faith community, located in North Falmouth, in which
they and their families could grow spiritually. One result of that
spiritual growth is and has been the desire to enter into a
meaningful relationship with the wider Christian Church.
Today we relate to our broader church family through worship, the
sacraments of communion and baptism, and the rites of confirmation,
wedding services, and funerals. We relate to the wider church
through the support of community ecumenical ministries and to world
service, primarily through the UCC, using our time, talents and
treasure.
